They are seeking a 3rd Shift Packaging Machine Operator to join their team in Lebanon, IN, to operate high-speed packaging and automated packaging machinery and ensure quality, safety, and consistency standards. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining accurate production records, and supporting a clean, efficient manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High-speed packaging and automated packaging machinery experience
• GMP, HACCP, and Dax 365 knowledge
• Microsoft Office and quality data systems proficiency
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
• Continuous improvement mindset, strong organization, and proactive sense of ownership
