Smarsh is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The role involves owning Salesforce administration, focusing on Agentforce/AI solutions, and partnering with business leaders to identify high-ROI AI use cases.
Requirements
- 7–10 years hands-on Salesforce administration in complex, multi-org or multi-cloud environments
- Demonstrated AI/Agentforce exposure (pilot or production)
- 3+ Salesforce certifications
- Strong Flow expertise
- Excellent written/verbal communication and documentation skills in English
