Job Description
Smart Communications is seeking a dynamic Senior Solutions Architect to join their team and architect business solutions for clients. This customer-facing role involves working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Management to deliver technical solutions, drive innovation, and demonstrate the value of the SmartCOMM cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Solution Consulting / Pre-Sales experience within a SaaS environment
- Demonstrable understanding and appetite for digital technology including Customer Communications Management Solutions, forms automation, XML/XSL-FO, JSON, RESTful Web Services and OpenAPI, SSO, OAuth2
- Strong industry knowledge with an ability to demonstrate previous experience in solution designing
- Experience of working alongside product teams and staying abreast of product developments
- Analytical and consultative approach to client engagements
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication and presentation skills
