Requirements

• BS/MS in engineering, analytics, or a related field
• 10+ years in technical deployment, implementation management, or technical account management of SaaS products at Enterprise customers
• Experience with REST APIs, GitHub, AI SaaS workflows, enterprise change management, and technical solution design/integrations
