Job Description
Smartcat is a rapidly growing, all-remote language AI platform for enterprises, aiming to deliver significant productivity gains through AI agents. The Head of AI will shape the company's AI strategy, focus on creating innovative use cases, and lead a team to build and manage AI/ML engineers. The company is experiencing strong growth and aims to scale from a Series C startup to a $100M ARR company.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Engineering and Product leader with at least 2+ years leading AI/ML unit for a tech company
- Deep understanding of the current state of ML and AI, along with a natural passion and curiosity to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges
- Ability to effectively present and communicate at the executive and board level
- Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken
