HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at Smartly, you will partner with senior functional leaders to strengthen team effectiveness, elevate manager capability, and ensure our people practices scale with growth. This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution, requiring you to coach leaders, manage employee relations matters, and use data and AI-enabled tools to drive smarter, faster people decisions.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of HR experience, including experience in an HRBP or similar role
• Experience partnering with leaders in a global, fast-paced organization
• Strong employee relations experience and confidence navigating complex situations
• Excellent coaching and influencing skills across multiple levels of the organization
• A data-informed mindset, with comfort using analytics and AI tools to improve decision-making
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong business judgment and a solutions-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
