SmartSuite is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to lead enterprise sales efforts focused on organizations with complex Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in GRC-focused roles, enterprise SaaS sales, or a combination of both
- Proven experience selling complex B2B software solutions to large enterprises with multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Deep understanding of GRC concepts such as risk management, compliance frameworks, audits, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate customer challenges into platform-based solutions
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- A self-directed, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing SaaS environment
