Sales Operation Manager (f/m/d) | 100% | Hybrid working model | Zürich

The Sales Operation Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Field- and Inside-Sales-Teams meet their performance goals and develop the Sales-Organization further. The role involves optimizing processes, systems, tools, and KPIs, and creating a basis for reliable reporting and forecasting in Salesforce and other systems.

Requirements

• Completed study, ideally in Data Management, IT, or a related field
• Several years of experience in Sales Operations (ideally in digital marketplaces, SaaS, or B2B)
• Very good knowledge of Sales Processes and Tools, especially Salesforce (including Administration & Configuration)
• Experience in Pipeline Management, Forecasting, and KPI-based control
