Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day accounts payable operations, including processing invoices and vendor payments, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Enter and post accounts payable transactions in the accounting system
- Prepare and process check runs and electronic payments
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status
- Maintain vendor files and documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare accounts payable reports as needed
