Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide end user support of a wide range of technology systems. The primary focus will be providing support and training for resort staff technology, ensuring workstations, software applications, and connected hardware operates efficiently and securely.
Requirements
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for internal staff
- Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware, operating systems, and approved software applications
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
- Manage and track workstation inventory for resort systems and software
- Collaborate with the IT team to support business-critical applications and internal systems
