Civil/ Structural Engineer

We have an exciting and innovative new team focused on new and groundbreaking projects, allowing a chance to influence future design decisions – and we want you to be part of it! This role will be based in Pickering or Mississauga, ON. Plan and undertake all required civil and structural engineering design and licensing support activities for the active projects.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
• Licensed by a professional engineering organization recognized in Canada is required.
• Minimum of eight years of civil engineering design experience of industrial sites, buildings and structures in highly regulated industries.
• Experience preparing and defending all required licensing support materials related to your discipline within the Canadian nuclear regulatory and building code framework is preferred.
• Knowledge of, and experience working within established highly regulated industry quality assurance requirements, procedures, and practices is required.
• Demonstrated thorough knowledge of Canadian and international codes and standards used in this engineering field is required.
