Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; Chartered Engineer status is desirable
- Extensive experience in power system studies across transmission, distribution, and industrial networks
- Experience with one of the transmission owners (National Grid, Scottish and Southern Energy Networks, Scottish Power) is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of industry standards (e.g., BS, IEC, IEEE) and transmission owner requirements
- Proficiency in power system analysis tools such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP, PSCAD, or similar
- Proven track record of client engagement and successful proposal development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions and influence stakeholders
- Experience working with or managing offshore teams is a plus
- Innovation, analytical, proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and delivery
