Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Power System Study Engineer to perform advanced grounding, lightning protection, bus, and induction studies for utility, industrial, and renewable energy projects.
Requirements
- Conduct grounding system design and analysis
- Perform lightning protection studies, surge analysis, and shielding assessments
- Execute induction studies for overhead lines and pipelines
- Model and analyze bus configurations
- Utilize software tools such as CDEGS, WinIGS, and optionally PSCAD or EMTP
- Generate detailed technical reports, calculations, and drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, utilities, and clients
- Support multidisciplinary teams in substation, transmission, and industrial facility design
