We seek a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our Account 360 team. This role combines technical and commercial responsibilities, requiring a positive attitude, strong technical skills, and experience managing enterprise customer relationships.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to identify strategies for customers
- Develop a deep understanding of customer's environment, use cases, and challenges
- Provide expert technical advice post-production
- Manage and implement a strategy for efficient workload consumption
- Work with Snowflake Product and Engineering teams to access new product features
- Act as the technical advisor for production workloads
- Monitor incoming cases and provide contextual technical guidance to support engineers
- Utilize resources from Performance Engineering, Professional Services, Incident Management, and Support Engineering
- Travel regionally to customer locations, deliver on-site solutions, and build strong customer relationships
