Solution Engineering Manager

We are seeking an AI-native thinker to lead a team of Solution Engineers in Retail & Consumer Goods, providing value-based evaluation scenarios, and working with sales teams to navigate sales cycles and close business. The role requires 8+ years of industry experience, expertise in data warehousing, data engineering, or cloud computing, and the ability to present to technical and executive audiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales or engineering capacity
• 2+ years of direct front line management experience
• Industry expertise within Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and/or Cloud Computing
• Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences
• Ability to connect a customer's specific mission problems and Snowflake's solutions
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience
