Job Description
This position is for a Shift Manager who provides direction and support to hourly employees. The role involves supervision of work duties, ensuring employee training and satisfaction, maintaining operational standards, and monitoring costs and quality. No super-vision required, reporting to the General Manager.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
- Capable of clear and concise communication.
- Intermediate math skills.
- Proficient use of restaurant equipment.
- Food Handler's Permit (where applicable) and Rib Crib Stage One and Stage Two Exams.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical labor frequently.
