Softr is seeking a Partnership Manager to lead and grow its partner ecosystem, focusing on agency and tech/integration partnerships. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic collaborations and scalable partner programs.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in partnerships/GTM/business development roles
• Strong understanding of the SaaS/tech landscape and/or agency business models
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A builder’s mindset: bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity, focused on outcomes
