Job Description
We are seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee and manage the leasing process for our affordable housing properties in South LA. You will be responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, as well as maintaining positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Accurately track vacancies
- Update vacancies in cloud-based property management system
- Maintain awareness of upcoming vacancies
- Take clear and representative pictures of newly available units
- Write clear and grammatically correct task descriptions
- Post well-developed ads on various websites
- Fill out RFTA for Section 8 tenants
- Process applications and screen tenants
- Assist tenants with completing documents
