Lead Software Development Engineer in Test

Lead Software Development Engineer in Test at Solera, responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of automation test frameworks for the next generation software platform. The role requires solid experience testing N-Tier application services and data platforms within an Agile development environment.

Requirements

• BS in Computer science or related field or 8 years of technical experience as an SDET or similar role
• 6+ years of applied professional experience in an object-oriented programming language
• Knowledge and experience in complete development lifecycle, including code standards/reviews, source control processes, building and testing.
• Experience developing tests through Appium and Selenium libraries.
• Experience designing and implementing tests for mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and scaling test automation frameworks with a focus on extensibility, scalability, maintainability, and high performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all levels.
• Experience with Selenium, Java or DotNet, AI/ML, Mobile, API, DevOps driven testing platforms and predictive analytics.
• Ability to take a proactive, problem-solving/trouble-shooting approach to identifying and solving problems.
