Job Description
The Lead Software Development Engineer in Test will lead the design, development, and delivery of automation test frameworks for Solera's next-generation software platform. The role requires solid experience testing N-Tier application services and data platforms within an Agile development environment.
Requirements
- BS in Computer science or related field or 8 years of technical experience as an SDET or similar role
- 6+ years of applied professional experience in an object-oriented programming language
- Knowledge and experience in complete development lifecycle, including code standards/reviews, source control processes, building and testing.
- Experience developing tests through Appium and Selenium libraries.
- Experience designing and implementing tests for mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and scaling test automation frameworks with a focus on extensibility, scalability, maintainability, and high performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all levels.
- Experience with Selenium, Java or DotNet, AI/ML, Mobile, API, DevOps driven testing platforms and predictive analytics.
- Ability to take a proactive, problem-solving/trouble-shooting approach to identifying and solving problems.
