Job Description
Lead Software Development Engineer in Test position at Solera, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering automation test frameworks for next-generation software platform. Lead technical automation leadership and ensure quality, performance, and reliability from day one.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related field or 6-8 years of technical experience as an SDET or similar role
- 6+ years of applied professional experience in an object-oriented programming language
- Knowledge and experience in complete development lifecycle
- Experience developing and testing in C# or Java
- Experience developing tests through Appium and Selenium libraries
- Experience designing and implementing tests for mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and scaling test automation frameworks
- Strong experience in developing and implementing End-to-End test strategies
- Prior work experience and understanding of Agile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take a proactive, problem-solving/trouble-shooting approach
- Experience with AI/ML-driven testing platforms and predictive analytics
- Experience implementing software test automation into ci/cd process (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux OS)
