Associate P&C Business Partner

Solink is looking for an Associate People & Culture Business Partner to support their Marketing and Finance teams. The role involves business partnership, employee lifecycle and operations, employee relations and engagement, and programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in a P&C Generalist, HRBP, or similar role, with strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, and core P&C programs.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a P&C Generalist, HRBP, or similar role
• Experience supporting departments such as Marketing, Finance, or similar teams
• Strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, and core P&C programs
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Experience navigating complex or sensitive people matters with sound judgment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Experience with HRIS tools and an interest in improving processes through systems and automation
• Strong systems mindset with experience working in HRIS platforms (bonus: Ashby, Bob, Lattice, TeamOhana)
