Regional Sales Manager; Midwest (Industrial Industry)

Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving regional business goals by expanding sales through new and existing customers within an assigned territory, leveraging solutions-selling skills and channel partner management experience.

Requirements

• Accountable for the region’s sales growth and profitability
• Use sales and market data to forecast regional goals, market and industry trends, and opportunities for growth to create the regional sales strategy
• Foster independent manufacturer sales representative’s relationships
• Manage pricing solutions for the region, and make recommendations for price adjustments accordingly
• Partner with the Product Management, Marketing and Engineering Teams to create strategy around promoting the organization’s “best-in-class” product lines
• 60+% travel is required to attend key customer meetings, prospecting new leads, trade shows and industry events
