Requirements
- Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner
- Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal, and sexual)
- Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences
- Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan
- Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines
