Job Description
The Ashton on the Plaza is seeking a Maintenance Director to join their team. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, inside of the building, and common areas, as well as preparing apartments for move-in and refurbishing units after move-out.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems required
- Experience in building safety and hazard reduction preferred
