Job Description
The Ashton on the Plaza, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Maintenance Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and inside of the building, as well as overseeing repairs and maintenance of community equipment.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance
- Familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance
- Familiarity with building safety and hazard reduction
