Job Description
The Technical Renewal Sales Specialist is responsible for proactively managing and executing the Guest Internet Access (GIA) renewal sales process for manufacturer support and license entitlements.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in renewal sales, sales support, account management, or a customer facing role
- Experience supporting renewals, entitlements, or customer relationships in a technology driven environment preferred
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
