The Coordinator, A&R Admin supports the A&R Administration team in managing the operational and financial processes for artist recording projects. This role involves assisting with budgets, contracts, payments, and project tracking, ensuring smooth execution of artist projects and compliance with label standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in music administration, finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of music industry contracts, union requirements, and financial processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
