Manager, A&R - AWAL

At Sony Music Entertainment, we're looking for a Manager, A&R to find and acquire recording artists, songs, and producers, and lead artist development efforts. The role involves attending live shows, providing feedback on new music, proposing new artists, and coordinating label relationships.

Requirements

• Three (3) + years of music or entertainment industry experience
• Prior experience working with artists from a variety of genres
• Proactive and self-starter with strong problem-solving, social, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
