Director A&R - AWAL

At Sony Music Entertainment, we're seeking a Director, A&R to lead artist development efforts and find new recording artists, songs, and producers for designated artists. The role reports directly to the SVP, Head of A&R, AWAL North America and can be based in New York or Los Angeles.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in A&R and artist development
• Strong communication and artist relation skills
• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects
• Ability to handle talent relations effectively
