Engineering Manager, Pub Admin

Sony Music Entertainment is looking for an Engineering Manager to build and evolve the Pub Admin product within their PDEGO team in London. The candidate will cultivate a high-performance agile development team and manage a team of full-stack engineers to deliver internal platforms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• Experience working in an agile team
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience with React/frontend JS (optional)
• 2+ years in an engineering management role
• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining complex software products
• 5+ years in a scripting language such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, etc
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Experience reviewing code changes
