Lead Software Engineer, Content

Sony Music Entertainment is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their Content Product development team. The role involves building products that empower artists and record labels across the globe, contributing to the architecture, designing and executing a vision, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience implementing distributed systems
• Experience with various database technologies and query languages
• Experience building frontend applications
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and related standards
• Comfortable with AWS Cloud technologies
• Experience using log analysis to investigate bugs and performance issues
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Experience working in an agile team
