As AWAL UK Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing strategy & initiatives for a wide range of AWAL's artists. You will have 2-3 years' experience as a marketing manager, running a range of artist campaigns at a front line label or equivalent. You will be responsible for conceiving and implementing innovative marketing timelines & strategy for selected AWAL artists, communicating & implementing marketing best practices, new developments and strategies to artists / artist's teams, and overseeing the delivery and the rollout of all assets for designated artist campaigns.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience as a marketing manager at a front line label or equivalent
- Strong understanding of the inner workings and deliverables required for the life cycle of global music releases, as well as digital and physical distribution, metadata and marketing
- Familiarity with the AWAL business model & the company values
- Hands-on expertise in creating, editing, and distributing content across social media platforms
- Experience in implementing effective paid media advertising & an awareness on how to identify audiences to target
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced working environment and prioritize workload effectively
