Job Description
Sopra HR Software, a subsidiary of Sopra Steria, is recruiting an IT Operations Manager (HR Access) to strengthen operational management and accompany the human development of the team.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or technical university background
- At least 10 years of experience in IT and 5 years in production IT
- Good mastery of technical environments (Operating Systems, Databases, Application Servers, Scripts, Orchestration and Automation Tools)
- Good understanding of application architectures
- ITSM tool mastery (Jira, ServiceNow...)
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
- Natural leadership and sense of collectivity
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to manage crisis situations
- Organization, rigor, and sense of priorities
