We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to play a major role in creating sales pipeline for SOTI by qualifying incoming leads and bringing qualified sales opportunities. This is a fast-track role into enterprise sales with a clear path to Account Management based on performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in BDR/SDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting (B2B only)
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach and prospecting
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior and executive stakeholders
- Highly motivated self-starter with a hunter mindset and strong ownership mentality
- Ability to understand and translate technology into business value
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Knowledge of enterprise mobility, SaaS, or device management is a strong plus
