Project Manager – PMO

Role Overview

The Project Manager – PMO will oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across the organization’s value chain, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, Quality, and IT. This role ensures strong governance, effective prioritization, and seamless execution in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, develop and manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement, and ensure alignment with operational priorities and FMCG trading cycles.

Proven project management experience in fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environments, exposure to high-risk food manufacturing, experience with NPI/NPD or R&D processes, and strong understanding of supply chain and operations.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environments
• Exposure to high-risk food manufacturing (red meat or seafood experience is highly desirable)
• Experience with NPI/NPD or R&D processes
• Capital project management experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of supply chain and operations
• Advanced skills in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, or similar)
• Strong business case development, financial awareness, and prioritization skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to problem-solve, make decisions under pressure, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
• Demonstrates accountability, ownership, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset
