
Job description
The Project Manager – PMO will oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across the organization’s value chain, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, Quality, and IT. This role ensures strong governance, effective prioritization, and seamless execution in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, develop and manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement, and ensure alignment with operational priorities and FMCG trading cycles.
Proven project management experience in fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environments, exposure to high-risk food manufacturing, experience with NPI/NPD or R&D processes, and strong understanding of supply chain and operations.
