Requirements
- Experience in a presales, solution consulting, or similar customer facing technical role in IT or SaaS
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, business oriented way to both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Proven problem solving skills: you can analyse customer challenges and design creative, feasible solutions that align with product capabilities
- Experience with solution based selling and supporting Sales in building proposals, running demos, and closing deals
- Customer centric mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and a hands on attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken; fluency in English and French is required
