Requirements

• Native-level French and fluent English
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR Technology (presales, sales, or consulting) or in-house role within reward, compensation, performance management, or pay equity teams
• Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and demo skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
