Job Description
Sparkles! Early Learning Academy is seeking a motivated and energetic Lead Teacher for their Crystal City locations. The role involves providing a safe, nurturing early childcare and preschool program in accordance with relevant child care policies and county regulations. Responsibilities include planning and implementing center-directed programs, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring program compliance.
Requirements
- CDA, Associate's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- 2+ years' experience in a child care setting.
- Familiarity with state and county child care regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Infant and Child CPR/First Aid certification.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and regular movement of furniture.
- Ability to respond to emergency situations.
