Job Description
The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing daily classroom lesson plans, ensuring the safety of children and adhering to Sparkles! policies and regulations. The role involves creating developmentally appropriate programs for young children and preparing weekly lesson plans that cater to diverse age and cultural backgrounds.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training in a childcare setting is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
