Job Description
As a Leasing Sales Specialist at Sparrow, you will lead the sales and leasing function at one of our 55+ Active Adult communities, providing a high-quality prospect experience and executing outreach marketing events to generate new leads.
Requirements
- A high school diploma and a valid driver's license
- Minimum of 3+ years professional sales experience
- Experience with lease-up properties in multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality preferred
- Experience using YARDI or other property management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
