Job Description
The Leasing Sales Specialist will lead the sales and leasing function at one of Sparrow's 55+ Active Adult communities, focusing on marketing, leasing, and sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Requirements
- A high school diploma and a valid driver's license
- Minimum of 3+ years professional sales experience
- Experience with lease-up properties in multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality preferred
- Experience using YARDI or other property management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
