We are seeking a Sales Strategist to manage the day-to-day sales responsibilities at our Active Adult 55+ communities during times of transition or vacancies. The ideal candidate is a quick-thinking problem solver, self-starter, and an expert in driving sales and occupancy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in multifamily housing, active adult, senior housing or hospitality
- Regional sales or multi-site support experience, preferred
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet occupancy goals
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges
- Exceptional relationship-building skills—able to work well with a variety of personalities and adapt to different community cultures
- Strong organizational skills to prepare and optimize sales offices for smooth transitions
- Experience with onboarding and training new team members in a sales setting
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems (Yardi, Welcome Home, or similar)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with regional leadership
