Specialized is seeking a motivated and service-oriented person as a Rider Care Agent to join our Rider Care team in Switzerland. The ideal candidate is familiar with the bicycle market and brings a large portion of passion for bikes.

Requirements

• Completed a technical or commercial vocational training
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in direct customer contact
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• In-depth product knowledge in the area of bicycles, e-bikes, and bicycle accessories
