Requirements

• Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality, direct patient care
• Performs basic skills per department guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team
• Responsible for direct day-to-day care of assigned residents/patients including dressing, bathing, transporting and feeding
• Documents care provided as directed in a manner consistent with guidelines
