Job Description
Perform cardiac testing, including stress, transesophageal, and transthoracic echocardiograms, and prepare study for medical staff interpretation. Requires Associate's Degree and 3 years of experience in echocardiography, or equivalent.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree from an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience in two-dimensional, doppler, color doppler, transesophageal echocardiology (TEE), transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echos and understanding of complex congenital heart disease and surgical repairs
- CRT-Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or CRT-Cardiac Sonographer, registered (RCS) within 180 days
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA or ARC within 90 days
