Echo Technologist

We are seeking an Echo Technologist to join our team at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. The Echo Technologist will perform cardiac testing, calculate acquired data, and prepare studies for medical staff interpretation. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree from an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent, with experience in two-dimensional, doppler, color doppler, transesophageal echocardiology (TEE), transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echo, and understanding of complex congenital heart disease and surgical repairs.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree from an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• CRT-Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Registered (RDCS) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire required
• CRT-Pediatric Echocardiography (PE) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required
