Job Description
We are looking for an Intermediate Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of all live service elements, contributing to incident management, and building strong relationships with operational peers.
Requirements
- 4 years of relevant education after secondary school
- 6 years of experience in enterprise level IT environments
- 3 years of Change/Incident/Problem Management or Project Management experience
- ITIL/ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
- People-management skills and strong communication skills
- Good planning and time management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills
- Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements
- Self-driven and resourceful
- High level of IT literacy - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
