Requirements
- Initial practical experience in the field of customer support
- Interest in building long-term customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in word and writing (German language)
- Good English skills in word and writing
- Ability to work independently and structured
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Experience with AI-supported systems
