Sphera is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our high-performing sales team in a fast-paced SaaS company specializing in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) software for enterprises and strategic customers.

Requirements

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
• Oversee the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and drive deals through the sales process
• Engage C-level stakeholders, present value propositions, and close enterprise deals
• Foster strong client relationships, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts and key sales performance metrics
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor movements to refine sales strategies
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market initiatives
